Alcazaba


hello...do you see  a boy with dark eyes? 
I don't know him but i think the picture is more interesting with him :)







The Alcazaba is a 9th century Muslim fortification in Mérida, Spain. Like other historical buildings in the city, it is part of the UNESCO Heritage List.

Located near the Roman bridge over the Guadiana river, it was built by emir Abd ar-Rahman II of Córdoba in 835 in order to command the city after the rebellion which took place in 805 and was the first Muslim alcazaba on the Iberic Peninsula.
